CARE & USE GUIDELINES 1. Follow the manufacturer's instructions with regards to tire sizing and load capacities. 2. Mount tires on wheels only with mounting equipment designed for performance aluminum wheels. Do not use equipment which will scrape or abrade the wheels. Use liberal amounts of tire mounting lubricant. 3. Check wheel and tire clearances prior to mounting. Ensure that no obstacles such as spring clip retainers prevent flush mounting of wheels. 4. Use adhesive balancing weights only! Clip-on weights will cut into the protective clear coating. 5. Use only O.Z. Racing recommended mounting hardware. Make sure that your spare lug wrench accommodates the O.Z. Racing hardware attached to the wheel. 6. Using a calibrated torque wrench, torque lugs according to your vehicle manufacturer's specifications. 7. Maintain proper air pressure in tires by checking tire pressures at frequent intervals. Use pressure guidelines recommended by tire manufacturers. In the case of lower profile tires (lower than original equipment), increase pressure 4.5 to 7.5 psi but not higher that the tires maximum pressure as indicated on the sidewall. Proper air pressures will aid in avoiding unnecessary road damage to your wheels. 8. Some O.Z. Racing wheels are supplied with cover plates that incorporate a locking device supplied with the wheels. Please record your alphabetic key code which appears on the key and/or fasteners in case you misplace your original key. 9. Retain a set of your original hardware for use with your spare tire and wheel assembly. 10. Your painted O.Z. Racing wheels are supplied to you with a protective clearcoat to provide you with an optimum finish sheen. The protective clearcoat must be maintained as you would maintain the color finish of your car. Clean your wheels frequently to prevent brake dust and dirt deposits from corroding the wheel finish. Only use a solution of mild soap and water for cleaning your wheels. Do not use any spray cleaners or degreasers that you would not use on the finish of your car! Avoid car washes which use harsh detergent prewashes which will damage your clearcoat. Do not wash wheels which are very hot from use. Remember: Clean your Wheels with soap and water only! LIMITED WARRANTY-SILVER FINISH O.Z. America, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser for a period of two years that all O.Z. Racing wheels are free from defect in materials and/or workmanship. Important: This limited warranty is void when wheels have been subjected to misuse, abuse, competitive events, aftermarket finishes (such as chrome plating), redrilling, or have not been mounted with O.Z. Racing hardware. Note: This limited warranty does not extend to damage due to neglect, adverse weather or chemicals. This limited warranty is void with respect to wheel products which have been modified in any way or installed on vehicles other than those recommended by O.Z. America, Inc.. O.Z. America, Inc. will repair or replace without charge any O.Z. Racing wheel which, upon examination by O.Z. America, Inc., shows that said product has failed in normal and intended use and service due to defects in material and/or workmanship, provided it is delivered with return authorization number, freight-prepaid to: O.Z. Such replacements shall not include the cost of dismounting and/or installation. All implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose extend only to the original purchaser for a two year period after the original date of purchase.
