O.Z. wheels are manufactured for specific vehicle applications offering hubcentric fitments, correct load bearing capabilities, and size/offset combinations complementing the vehicles original offset and suspension geometry. All wheel designs undergo structural integrity tests that include cornering fatigue, dynamic radial fatigue, wheel impact testing. O.Z. Racing's ISO 9001 certified factory adheres to the highest standards of quality control. All incoming aluminum is certified 99.7% pure unrecycled ore. The incoming aluminum is then tested by O.Z.'s in-house laboratories. The alloys used to produce the wheels are then constantly monitored to ensure purity and proper chemical balance. Individual wheels are then tested for leakage, balance, and X-Rayed to ensure quality.
